(hereinafter referred to as "the Site")

Preamble
The use of the Site is conditioned by the full and entire acceptance of the general terms of use set out below. These terms of use are subject to change or supplement at any time, so users of the Site are advised to consult them regularly.
The Site is normally accessible at all times to the user. However, an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE, who will then try to communicate in advance to users the date and time of the intervention.

Article 1 - General presentation of the Site
The Site aims to provide the user with information about the products and services offered by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE and to allow the direct ordering of products marketed by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE.

Article 2 - Contractual limitations on technical data
The minimum configuration required to access the Site is as follows:
Browsers: safari, internet explorer, firefox, google chrome
The user of the Site undertakes to access the Site using equipment that meets the configuration requirements described above and does not contain viruses.

Article 3 - Intellectual property
The denominations "MONCOMBLE PARIS" and "MONCOMBLE CAMILLE", the logos, slogans, and trademarks, registered or not, represented on this site, are the exclusive property of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE. Any use, reproduction, and/or modification made without the written and prior agreement of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE could constitute infringement, under the Intellectual Property Code, and engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the infringer.
The presentation and content of the Site together constitute a work protected by current laws on intellectual property, of which MONCOMBLE CAMILLE is the owner. No reproduction and/or representation, partial or full, can be made without the prior written agreement of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE.
Drawings, photographs, images, texts, sound sequences, whether animated or not, databases, software, and other documents represented on the Site are subject to industrial and/or intellectual property rights and are, as the case may be, the property of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE or third parties who have limitedly authorized MONCOMBLE CAMILLE to use them.
In this respect, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, and/or modification, partial or full, or transfer to another site is prohibited.
The same applies to the extraction and reuse of the content of the databases accessible from the Site, which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases into the Intellectual Property Code. In this respect, any reproduction, reuse, or extraction of the content of the database would engage the user's liability.

Article 4 - Personal data
In the context of operating the Site, MONCOMBLE CAMILLE may collect certain personal data concerning the user.
This personal data is processed by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Regulation on Data Protection n°2016/679 of April 14, 2016 (GDPR).

Article 5 - Limitation of liability
MONCOMBLE CAMILLE strives to provide as accurate information as possible on the Site. However, MONCOMBLE CAMILLE cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and deficiencies in updating, whether caused by itself or by third party partners who provide this information.
MONCOMBLE CAMILLE reserves the right to modify the content of the Site at any time and without notice, to interrupt or suspend all or part of the Site's functionality at any time and without notice. It cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these changes and interruptions.
The user is liable to MONCOMBLE CAMILLE and/or third parties for any material and/or non-material, direct and/or indirect damage of any kind caused by the user and/or his agents due to the non-compliant use of the Site. The user indemnifies MONCOMBLE CAMILLE, as well as its parent, sister, or affiliated companies, its representatives, its employees, its partners, against any claim, complaint, and/or recourse of any kind resulting from any breach of said provisions.

Article 6 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any potential dispute related in particular to the application, execution, interpretation, and/or validity of the General Terms of Use and/or the use of the Site and/or the services offered, which does not find an amicable resolution, will be subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris.
