(hereinafter referred to as “the Site”)
Preamble
Use of the Site is conditional upon full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use set out below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; the user of the Site is therefore invited to consult them regularly.
The Site is normally accessible to the user at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE, which will then endeavour to communicate to the user in advance the date and time of the intervention.
Article 1 - General presentation of the Site
The Site aims to provide the user with information concerning the products and services offered by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE and to enable the direct ordering of products marketed by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE.
Article 2 - Contractual limitations on technical data
The minimum configuration required to access the Site is as follows:
Browsers: Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome
The user of the Site undertakes to access the Site using equipment that meets the configuration requirements described above and does not contain viruses.
Article 3 - Intellectual property
The names "MONCOMBLE PARIS" and "MONCOMBLE CAMILLE", the logos, slogans and registered or unregistered trademarks represented on this site, are the exclusive property of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE. Any use, reproduction and/or modification made without the prior written consent of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE would be likely to constitute counterfeiting, within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code and to incur the civil and/or criminal liability of the counterfeiter.
The presentation and content of the Site together constitute a work protected by the laws in force on intellectual property, of which MONCOMBLE CAMILLE is the owner. No reproduction and/or representation, partial or complete, may be made without the prior written consent of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE.
The drawings, photographs, images, texts, animated sequences with or without sound, databases, software and other documentation represented on the Site are subject to industrial and/or intellectual property rights and are, depending on the case, the property of MONCOMBLE CAMILLE or of third parties having limitedly authorized MONCOMBLE CAMILLE to use them.
As such, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or modification, partial or complete, or transfer to another site is prohibited.
The same applies to the extraction and reuse of the content of databases accessible from the Site which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the European Directive of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.
As such, any reproduction, reuse or extraction of the contents of the database would engage the responsibility of the user.
Article 4 - Personal data
As part of the operation of the Site, MONCOMBLE CAMILLE is required to collect a certain amount of personal data concerning the user.
This personal data is processed by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 14, 2016 (GDPR).
To obtain information concerning the personal data processed by MONCOMBLE CAMILLE, the user is invited to consult the page dedicated to the protection of personal data on the Site.
Article 5 - Limitation of liability
MONCOMBLE CAMILLE strives to provide information on the Site that is as accurate as possible. However, MONCOMBLE CAMILLE cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they are its own doing or that of third-party partners who provide it with this information.
MONCOMBLE CAMILLE reserves the right to modify the content of the Site at any time and without notice, to interrupt or suspend all or part of the functionalities of the Site at any time and without notice. It cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these modifications and interruptions.
The user is liable to MONCOMBLE CAMILLE and/or third parties for any material and/or immaterial, direct and/or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever caused by the user and/or his agents due to the use of the Site not in accordance with these terms. The user guarantees MONCOMBLE CAMILLE, as well as its parent company, sisters or affiliates, its representatives, its employees, its partners, against any request, claim and/or recourse of any kind, resulting from any violation of the said provisions.
Article 6 - Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
Any possible dispute relating in particular to the application, execution, interpretation and/or validity of the General Conditions of Use and/or the use of the Site and/or the services offered, which cannot be resolved amicably, will be subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
